Learn archery in Nottingham in the wooded depths of Sherwood Forest – you could say it’s the spiritual home of archery, courtesy of Robin Hood and his band of merry men.
Whether you’re a Maid Marian or more of a Little John, The Archery Nottingham course will give you the chance to learn how to shoot arrows on target at this woodland archery Nottingham venue. Unfortunately, there’s no Sheriff of Nottingham to aim for as you send those quivering feathered arrows whistling through the air, but you’ll still be aiming for gold as you stand opposite the bullseye, bow in hand.
With experienced tuition you’ll quickly learn how to load the bow and shoot like a skilled marksman, putting your archery skills into practice for around an hour at this tranquil glade in the middle of Nottinghamshire woodland.
Rules
A private archery sessions is available at weekends for groups of 6 or more and during the week for groups of 8 or more.
If you have less than 6 in your group we offer set dates through the year for smaller groups and individuals where we will mix guest together in an open session so please contact us for more details.
The event duration is 1 hour and is available from 10 am onwards.
The archery range can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 16 guests at a time. However if you have a large group to entertain we can book you a double session and if you want to make sure everyone is kept busy you could add another activity to your booking so we can keep everyone active and engaged.
The minimum age we accommodate on this event is 8 years old but please note unless you are booking a private session we may not be able to mix juniors in with an open session because of the distance juniors shoot from but if you need more information please do not hesitate to contact us.

The per person cost for this event is £15 but we only require a £10 per person deposit when booking to secure the event the £5 balance will be collected on the event day when you arrive. (N.B Deposits are strictly non refundable or transferable).
